Once your order has shipped and tracking becomes available, we will normally send you tracking information separately.

Is it the same thing as a dog hammock?
No.
A traditional hammock mainly creates a fabric barrier between the front and rear seats.

Will it fit my car?
The Backseat Deck is designed to work with many cars, SUVs, crossovers, and trucks with a conventional rear bench seat and accessible headrests.
Vehicle interiors vary, so fit cannot be guaranteed solely by vehicle category.

Will it work in an SUV?
It is designed to fit many SUVs and crossovers.
Check the rear bench width, footwell layout, seat configuration, and headrest arrangement against the product dimensions.
Can someone still sit in the back seat?
Yes.
The design allows one side to fold, so part of the rear seat can remain available for a passenger or compatible child-seat setup where appropriate.
Always make sure the product and dog do not interfere with any seat, seatbelt, child restraint, airbag, or vehicle safety equipment being used.
Does it protect the doors too?
Yes.
The Backseat Deck includes quilted side panels designed to help protect the rear-door area from dirt, fur, mud, and everyday wear.

How long does setup take?

After you know the setup, installing or removing it can generally be done much faster.

CLEANING & MATERIALS
Is it waterproof?
The top is designed with a water-resistant/waterproof protective construction to help manage everyday mud, spills, wet paws, and travel mess.
As with any textile product, prolonged saturation or improper installation should be avoided.
Can I wash it?
Yes.
Remove the rigid support boards before washing the removable textile component.
Wash using a cold, gentle cycle and follow the care instructions supplied with the product.
Do not machine wash the rigid support panels.
What material is it made from?
The Backseat Deck uses durable materials including 600D Oxford fabric, a quilted protective top, support panels, mesh sections, reinforced stitching, and adjustable attachment hardware.
