A thin knitted compression sleeve for the foot and ankle, with two Cross-Arch straps that cross over the top of the foot, run under the arch and fasten at the ankle.

Put the sleeve on first, then your sock and boots. Check the complete setup with your jobsite footwear tester before starting your shift.
